Behind the Pan AMT series is the idea of designing loudspeakers that break new ground in high frequency sound reproduction. Anchored in the corporate DNA of Pan Acoustics is the gene of combining proven technologies in a new way.
For the AMT series a cooperation with Mundorf EB GmbH, the German manufacturer of Air Motion Transformers (AMT), was entered. Together with Mundorf a special AMT tweeter unit was developed, which enriches the Pan Acoustics product range due to its natural high frequency reproduction.
The AMT technology was combined with clever crossover design and a ported low frequency driver setup. The result is a product that is unmatched in the sound reinforcement market.
Precise high-frequency reproduction, clearly defined mids and lows are the hallmarks of these speakers.

With the P 261 AMT loudspeakers in the two variants "Event" and "Cine", the development team of Pan Acoustics has drawn from the full in terms of the quality of the components and the development effort. The following report shows what makes the two loudspeakers tick and how the elaborate construction of the two systems translates into audible characteristics:
How practical: structured cabling is usually available in meeting rooms, since multimedia meetings are no longer conceivable today without the appropriate IT infrastructure. It is precisely this CAT cabling that Pan Acoustics takes advantage of by connecting the speakers directly via RJ45 to compatible PoE amplifiers as well as to any power amplifiers via an available adapter plug.
The loudspeakers with RJ option can thus be installed without the use of any tools.
